By registering an account, purchasing course access, or using any educational resources on Hamotama Media (hamotamamedia), you explicitly agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.
2. Account Security & Single-Device Policy
Student accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. To protect educational content and student privacy, our platform implements single-device authentication. Sharing credentials, re-broadcasting stream URLs, or attempting multiple simultaneous logins is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate access revocation without refund.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All lecture video recordings, live streams, tutorial notes, model papers, and assessment questions are the proprietary intellectual property of the instructor and Hamotama Media. Screen recording, reproduction, redistribution, or public display of any course material without prior written permission constitutes copyright infringement and will be subject to legal action.
4. Course Fees and Access Duration
Access to monthly course modules and standalone video lessons is granted according to the specified syllabus duration. Class access will remain available during the academic validity period designated by the teacher.
5. Amendments
We reserve the right to modify these terms periodically to reflect academic policy updates or technical platform enhancements. Continued use of the portal after any update represents acceptance of the revised terms.
